Shipping Info

Do you take phone orders? By not accepting phone orders for shipment, we ensure the shipping accuracy of your order. You may fax, e-mail, or mail your shipment orders to us.

Can we pick up orders? Yes, only at the Anthony-Thomas Candy Company factory location, 1777 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43228 during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Sorry, no weekend pick-up available.

Free Shipping within the state of Ohio on ten cases or more ... *please call us for any applicable shipping costs outside of Ohio.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipment of all orders.

No shipping during July & August; Limited Shipping (weather permitting) during May, June & September.

NO RETURNS allowed ... please, no exceptions.
