By not accepting phone orders for shipment, we ensure the shipping accuracy of your order. You may fax, e-mail, or mail your shipment orders to us. Can we pick up orders? Yes, for faster service, in the Columbus Metro area, orders can be picked up at the Anthony-Thomas Candy Company factory location, 1777 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43228 during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Sorry, no weekend pick-up available. (Pick-up orders can be processed in 1-2 business days) All pick up orders must be placed by calling us at 1-800-728-4055. Once received, we will confirm when you may pick up your order. No walk in orders will be procesed. NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. Please see order form for applicable shipping rates. (shipping rates subject to change at any time) Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipment of all orders. NO RETURNS allowed, please, no exceptions.
